2 years agoThis is awesome! I also have sleep problems! Very rarely get more than a couple hours in every night, then wide awake! 🙄 hope you can get some rest!

2 years agoI go thru what you are going thru when it comes to sleep. I’m such a poor sleeper. But I am retired and don’t have to get up for work so I don’t worry about it. I catch a few z’s whenever I can. I hope you have a nice day my friend.

I had this YouTube video playing softly next to me on my phone & it helped me get to sleep. It is a view of open windows with tropical ocean waves crashing on a white sandy moonlit beach. I just imagined those were my windows & my view. It worked. Go to YouTube > search ‘Sleep with window open to the ocean’ Video is by Naturaleza Viva. 😘💙🌊💙🏝
