guys please PLEASE listen to me. if you are EVER feeling like you don't want to be here anymore, PLEASE get help. you aren't gonna make any progress by just holding it all in and letting it build on itself. listen to me, I SWEAR for once I know what I'm talking about. for one thing, depression runs in my genes so I've seen what it does to my family and go myself. I've been fighting my own terrible battle for almost 3 years. when it first started I did NOT get help, and that's (cut)

when it got worse. it wasn't till almost a year later when I decided to get help that I actually got better. sure it's been a LONG ride to fully being okay and ofc I have my bad days but I couldn't have done it without help. I've seen so many doctors, pediatricians, therapists and so forth. I've been to the ER and I've stayed at an inpatient care. I've had so many attempts and it wasn't until I got the help I needed that I started to realize how much I am worth. your life is (cut)

PRECIOUS!!!! a life is something that takes so long to create and people can take it in less than a second. don't do it. get the help you need. I'm not saying I have perfect days. sometimes I let myself slip back into the dark, sometimes my parents don't make it easy for me to feel okay, sometimes school is too much for my head, but the majority of the time I convince myself to THRIVE!!! I am here for ALL OF YOU if you guys EVER need it because you all deserve happiness. Ilu all. โค๏ธ
