I’m really getting fed up with this app not working properly. It’s crashing and I’m having huge issues commenting.
Sorry for the lack of comments but each time it crashes. Hopefully it will be fixed...correctly...soon.
I gotta see the candy first. Then I get in the van. I’m not stupid 😋

I'm glad that someone else is annoyed with the app. It bumps me off numerous times a day.
Truly, the most annoying thing is when they deem a picture as not following the rules. But, the rules don't apply to everyone

3 years agoYes, I have been having trouble with my activity page, for two months. It rolls to the top so I miss a lot of the ones that have liked my pictures. Last time it took six months for them to fix it. 🤦♀️

We tried back when they first hired the sensors (a third party group in India) & got nowhere.
A few bad apples were doing things that were truly reprehensible, the only way they kept their Apple & Family App status was through censorship. Of course these folks can’t look at every picture every day with 5 million users. Plus “trolls” who report perfectly ok pictures. So it’s not evenhanded or fair - I have my very own gallery troll & know how frustrating it is.

3 years agoBack then we were actually able to communicate with 2 or 3 employees of the smaller company that originated Recolor. They sold it to a larger company and while there have been some improvements that keep the app competitive with other coloring apps, the technical problems we have and those damned censors are a never ending source of frustration - and there’s no “real” person we can deal with.

3 years agoWe did get a large group that included loads of users, and at that time the top colorists. We talked to Recolor about both the technical and censorship issues and got nowhere. As long as people keep coloring (they make loads of money off the ads with free users) it’s pretty much an accept it or leave it proposition. Sad but true (I’ve been an annual subscriber for 3+ years, before we had imports or crayons). Hugs my coloring friend 🎨🙋♀️ Tee

3 years ago@Tee H I subscribed for 3 yrs and just recently refused to give them any more money. They dropped the amount of new pics and have been recycling old ones, and really the only thing they’ve given premium users are a couple of color palettes. There have been no new tools, or effects but they’ve raised the price to $89.99 a year. That’s just outrageous
Unfortunately they just don’t seem to care.
