10 months agoLovely Tributes……your Great Uncle was 9 years older than me, my birthday is in September also….I was 10 when my Dad & I went to town and saw the news headline about Pears Harbor and war was declared……I’m almost 92, but will never forget that day ……I also lost an Uncle, a Marine who was wounded ( and later died) coming ashore at Guadalcanal…….😊💕
