NOTE: Good news? Or bad? Relaxing delightful cruise.. Good News. AND Bad news. I stepped off a curb in Belize , fell and broke my right ankle in 2 places and dislocation, too. I need surgery as soon as I get back to Arizona. Have to keep leg elevated. I’m in the ship hospital. I don’t know how I’ll get back to AZ. BIG PAIN. Blessings. Hugs. Cyndee

OMG ... that is horrible news!!! That is a procedure that will take months to heal. I am so very sorry! I can feel your pain. I have never broken an ankle, but have endured substantial sprains in my ankle and knee. I am so incredibly sorry ... You will be in my thoughts. My, you have truly gotten your share and then some. OH NO CYN what a nightmare - yeah wait till you get home. Not sure about the drs there - what airline did you travel on? If you call them they can arrange for a car to get you at the port and take you to the airport - you’ll get bulk head seats and they will arrange for car service when you land - when I broke my shoulder in 6 pieces in Mexico jet blue took care of everything. The cruise line might also comp you a week since you weren’t able to enjoy the cruise. We got a week comped at
