Roséé and jenieee!! I have school today ahhhh😫😫🥲🥲 I don’t know how to feel but I couldn’t go to sleep thankfully @- ̗̀ 💫— ᨳ Bҽʅʅʂ ¡! ꒱⊹ ♡˗일리 had some tips! 😁😁Right now it’s 7:00 am yesss!!!! Every time it’s the first day of school I wake up at 6 when I’m supposed to wake up at 7 and I’ve been waking up at 10:00 and sleeping at 12 am 😳😶does anyone have any tips for the first day of school bc I haven’t had a real first day of school since 2019 bc of Covid 🥲🥲

@💜💗🖤𝕁𝕚𝕤𝕠𝕠𝕠𝕪𝕒𝕒🖤💗💜 I recommend setting a alarm on there to wake you up, (if you don’t already), it’s been scientifically proven to help wake you up more sense you have to talk to get it to stop, or you can take an alarm and place it across your room so you have to walk to it to turn it off. Lol 😂, it works for me. Also another thing, never have someone else wake you up, it will make you more tired through out the day. Also mints/ gum is a great option when your tired during the day. 😊😊♥️♥️✨

This is also the perfect time to be friend new students, they are more likely to be nicer and want to be your friend because they don’t want to feel left out. 🙌🙌♥️✨

Drink a glass of water first thing. ... Stretch out your tired body with yoga. ... Splash your face with water. ... Eat breakfast to spark your energy. ... Avoid having sugar until lunch. ... Drink less coffee.

(Which everyone in this world is not) • Mints and Gum so we have no stanky 🤢 breathe nobody likes that • Just be yourself infront of other if they don’t like you that’s okay

I did not have my life together today I forget some of my stuff at home and I got bottom locker 😭😭 also we have a sub for Ela bc the teacher had a baby and I think the sub is racist bc the school said you can’t cover your ears and she had a look and most people in my class and school are Indian and she kept on mispronouncing our names 😭😭😭
