Updates.I am still with symptoms headache is back soooo cranky ,my daughter has breathing issues so I am a wreck calling DR in AM ,,my mother in law still not getting out of bed she is taking the zpac.my father in law is doing great thank god !,, my husband who is taking care of all of us is doing a great Job.much love to you all please say prayers 😘

So sorry 😢 In addition to my previous list perhaps steam therapy? Do you have a humidifier? Hot steam shower? Boiling water with towels over head breathing in the steam? Neti pot? Not sure if it would work.. I wish I could stop the suffering. I wish you all the strength you needed to get through this 🙏🏻💕🙏🏻💕 also spicy pepper helps clear mucus. Maybe try black or cayenne pepper in tea or broth? 🙏🏻💕🙏🏻💕 This will all eventually pass and you will all come back stronger 🙏🏻💕🙏🏻💕🙏🏻💕
