2 years agoA great find, Lyn! Yes indeed, it’s quite shocking to realize sooo many years have come and gone. I turned 75 this past March. It was soul shaking. I do look in the mirror and say, “Who is that?” My husbands grandmother said many years ago, “I feel like a young person trapped in an old person’s body! Now I KNOW! Now I understand! 😱🤪😊❤️❤️❤️

2 years ago A poem is an expression of feeling and I too understand your sadness as we move into our twilight years and our body reflects that - as a little girl my mum would say it’s not what you look like it’s your personality and soul that makes you - go and enjoy - I too know that growing old has its challenges - I try to make the most of everything in life - how lucky we have been to be here and experience our time in this ever changing world - sending hugs 🤗- this is beautiful💕 🇦🇺😎 great find !!

2 years agoI absolutely love this sweet and so sentimental piece, especially that it’s my moms birthday tomorrow and I’m still missing her even with so many years of her passing. This is truly a heartfelt piece. Just beautiful my dear Lyn❤️

2 years agoHello my dear Lyn ❤️❤️This is A Moving and Lovely Poem. So Very true…Sometimes I ask myself the same question As I stare in the Mirror. I don’t consider myself old at 57 but my younger self is gone and it is a very sad Feeling Sometimes 😔However life is wonderful and we have to move Forward and Enjoy Every Minute my Darling Lyn 😍Thanks for Sharing this heartfelt piece and Poem 😅🥰😘Blessings and Much Love 😍🙏
