Love the beautiful lavender against dark velvety purple- gorgeous work my friend!😊💕💕💕👏👏👏 Silky’s fur is really soft - she likes a few pets but not too many at a time, being a typical cat. 2 years agoHi Vanilla! Good to hear from you my friend. We had a nice mini vacation by the ocean in VA Beach- I loved hearing the waves- so relaxing. We had a 3 week covid break before the new variant took hold and actually ate in a restaurant! We’ll be getting our second booster jab in a couple of weeks. I hope you’re well and happy, and staying out of trouble🌸

2 years agoI didn’t get myself any Easter candy- I’m on a diet😝 - trying to lose the covid weight I gained and it’s really difficult. Usually I would buy myself a box of Belgian truffles. Feel better my friend- Silky sends soft purrs and her favorite mousie toy to cheer you up.🐈

1 year agoIt’s good to hear from you my friend- I’m so glad you’re feeling better. We have people here who get better and test negative, and then are sick again. And sometimes they don’t test positive for a few days - even while they’re symptomatic….such a weird virus. Since Silky would be potential fox food if she lived outdoors she’s not keen on you feeding them🤣🤣🤣 We travel to Scotland on June 4th- it will be so nice to get out and see stuff. But we’ll miss our kitty🌸

1 year agoHi Vanilla- I’m really glad you’re feeling better my friend, and I hope your immune system continues to improve. A healthy lifestyle is really important for you now. We leave for Edinburgh Saturday night and we’ll be wearing N95 masks on the plane regardless of what others do. Fortunately Shetland and Orkney are very low in covid but we’ll have to be careful in the cities. Her majesty is doing very well- she’s sitting by me now reminding me it’s almost time to play with her favorite toy.

1 year agoWe hate leaving her for so long but we have a professional pet sitter coming every morning and our neighbor every evening so she’ll have some companionship. Stay well Vanilla!🌸
