I know how you feel in relation to the whole overthinking thing. I’m pretty sure I have anxiety and it can be really bad sometimes, but you need to find things to do that distract you and make you feel better. For example, I’ll read or listen to music to stop myself from stressing over small things. I hope you can get through this soon!! 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
