Hello girls, guys, non binary folk and everyone in between. My name is Enira and today I drew Brandon! (he/him) Today's prompt was Remove, and so I took this literally (dont worry there's always some symbolism involved) I hope this isn't too graphic for Recolor... it's not real guys its blue 😃 (if it does get taken down I'm not reposting it I'm lazy) Anyways, basically Brandon doesn't actually get his heart ripped out of his chest (or removed haha see what I did there), its symbolic So some quick Brandon lore, Brandon is an alien from a different world and he crash landed on Ekonia (the world he lives in) as a baby, and has no recollection of his original species As an alien, he has some powers and stuff, but one of the main things is that his blood is blue and goopy.  So that's enough without getting too much into spoilers, but let's just say at the end of the series he gets a close to his past and powers, and removes them, therefore turning his blood back to being red like other humans (this makes no sense omg 💀) I played around with the outlines on this and I think it looks super cool! I really love how like,,, "sloppy" it looks That's all for today, byeee!

This is beautiful and so so gut wrenching! Here I was scrolling along and suddenly I’m stopped by such a captivating piece of art! The way you’ve interpreted every prompt for inktober this year is simply put, masterful. I like the idea of Brandon’s blood turning from blue alien blood to red human blood, as not only a showing of his loss of power, but also that of his heritage. Hopefully you kind find your in universe explanation for it (logic always gets in the way of symbolism lol)
