@TracyNWOregon🌲 Thanks for asking my dear Tracy ❤ Unfortunately it is not ok yet. After a visit to the doctor and an X-ray, I have a slightly displaced vertebra that irritates the nerves. Now I get physiotherapy, massage and physical therapy. I hope it helps, I'm going on vacation in just under 2 weeks 🤞

@Yin&Yang I have multiple bulged discs in my spine. Currently awaiting approval for another cervical MRI ... I may need surgery. If you can get a medication called "Celebrex" it should help a lot. I have to take it often. It's a strong anti-inflammatory that is a prescription. I take 1 a day and it does wonders most of the time. Easier on the body than taking 8 ibuprofen. I hope you improve soon!😘

@TracyNWOregon🌲 oh no, I'm very sorry, that sounds not good, hope you don't need a surgery 🤞 Thanks for the tip and your good wishes ❤ I try to get along without pills, I have to take enough other medication (I have 3 stents in my heart). I hope the physiotherapy will help!
