Beautiful picture Philomena! Wonderful coloring! I am confident that this is an olive-backed sunbird (aka yellow-bellied sunbird). It is found in Southern Asia and is the only sunbird in Australia. Like other sunbirds, it feeds largely on nectar, but will also eat insects and spiders, especially when feeding its young. Thank you for sharing this gorgeous picture and for joining the Beautiful Bird Challenge.
