Hi Tasha ,I’ve tried to write to you so many times and it keeps disappearing!😖 I wanted to let you know how sorry I am to hear about your diagnosis of lupus and depression. It’s a terrible disease. I have many autoimmune and connective tissue diseases, I’ve been searching since age 6 for a diagnosis+ they call overlap syndrome, I can sympathize with you about not knowing and exhaustion, I told my rheumatologist if someone set my bed on fire I would lay there and watch the pretty flames 🔥

Major depression my whole life -9 years old so I can understand that too ,but everyone’s experience is different,I don’t want to say I know how you feel,I just waned to say if you ever need to talk or someone to listen, or questions or anything I’d be happy to listen or whatever. Coloring helps when my pain is unbearable,it’s a great distraction.😊

Any autoimmune disease is very serious and I can somewhat relate to what you’re going through because every experience is not the same. I’m sorry to hear you’ve been going through it so long. I got diagnosed with Lupus a year ago. I can’t begin to imagine what you have been going through for years. Thank you for being there for me and letting me know I can reach out to you. Thank you
