Hi friends-I am losing partially and completed pictures when I try to post them. It’s happened at least 6 times in the last 2 days. Is any one else having that problem? Wondering if it’s another Recolor glitch. I’ve spent so much time on work only to lose it. It is discouraging and annoying.

10 months agoYeah a bit of problems showing up, slow response time ,booting me out but, I’ve learned, u need to return ur pic recolor,pretty often that way it keeps ur lasts version, hope that helps some, srry bout ur troubles.

10 months agoYikes! Make sure to report to Recolor if you haven’t already done so. I’m not having that problem but I’m having exactly the same as @franecky
I’ve been saving frequently because I’m afraid of losing coloring when it freezes or dumps me out 😖

10 months agoI've had a couple of these but not a lot or a pattern. I've also had some of the issues @franecky mentioned. My most annoying issue is when looking for pictures posted by the friends I follow. I select "following" from the gallery, and most pictures show up, but there's always a few pictures I find later that did not come up, also with no pattern.

10 months agoI had that happen a couple of times, but it’s been a long while back. It just went away as suddenly as it was there. Hope your problem gets resolved @Frannie .

10 months ago@Frannie I’ve had problems like that, so now, I keep heading back to save the latest bit of work. If I know I’m going to be interrupted (like at lunchtime) I close the app and then reopen it when ready to colour again. Otherwise it might freeze and I’ll lose everything not already saved.

10 months agoBeautifully colored. Wonderful. Same. Always have to save my coloring while I’m working. It’s very frustrating. 💕

10 months agoI lost one the other day too. Happens to me every once in awhile. So frustrating. I need to follow “save” advice. Sometimes it just locks up on me and then gone.

10 months agoHi Frankie, yes I’m having trouble too. I fully colour a picture then when I go back to it to publish it’s back to black and white. So frustrating with all the time and effort that I’ve put in. ☹️

10 months ago@Frannie Yes. I used to experience this all the time with my old tablet. I've concluded that it's my wifi. I live in an old house (over 100), and I'm pretty sure there's chicken wire in the walls or something. Anyway, do you have connectivity issues on your device? Anything slow to load? Error messages about network? The work around I found is to always hit Done. Then hit Publish from the thumbnail menu. Use Copy to back up your work.
