I like to play around experimenting with the effects, filters, outlines on the free app, and sometimes, like this time, I accidentally stumble across what I think works. lol. I don’t think I’ve used this effect before, but I thought it gave the illusion of a snowstorm. And for the icicles, I just colored them with blue crayon then drew a white line down the middle or on the side of the icicles. Thanks for mentioning it.💙💙💙💙💙
