3 years agoAbsolutely gorgeous, so magnificently done! Well, this journey of house hunting, is really getting to be emotionally draining, for my dear friend. This offer, was looking very promising and then the sellers changed their mind, on their asking price. They were suppose to let her know in 24 hours, if they agreed to her offer. They made her wait 2 1/2 days later and then they were wanting more then the asking price. So, this is her 3rd try and no luck yet. So, she is now going a different route.

3 years agoShe is looking at lots (land) and seriously thinking of having a new home built in the town that I live in. We took a 2 hour road trip to meet with a home building contractor and went over some layouts for a home and toured a few of the already built houses they have, at their business site. At least, going this way, she will get exactly what she wants and in the town she wants to live in. She is getting the wheels in motion to move forward with this option. I sure hope it will work out for her.
