2 years agoSuper cute!!! Honey, try to remove the words "cheating and good or bad" from any dieting/eating talk. I work at this. We have been trained to believe we are good only when we restrict ourselves ... then say we've been BAD if we eat a cookie or something not on our current food plan.
what we are doing is punishing ourselves for eating or enjoying. My whole life the only time my parents praised me was when I was actively working at losing weight. Now, at age 56, I still do it to myself.

2 years agoI am learning to not base my value on what I eat ... but rather on what I am. I am not a number on a scale ... I am Tracy ... a loving, funny, intelligent, compassionate person. I am that person no matter what I weigh or what I eat. I struggle with that because of the training of basing my value on a number ... but am working on it.
You are not bad or cheating because you are enjoying your vacation ... you are LIVING!! ๐๐๐
