why? reminds me of 2.5... (spoilers for this and SDR2 ahead!)
where Chiaki is dead so cannot stop Hajime/Izuru, and Nagito tries to shoot Izuru... the command contrasting the "she won't stop me" shows the voice of Chiaki still somehow present in Hajime's mind - or his own conscience, suppressed by the brain surgery that turned him into Kamukura.
