3 years agoOh I'm so sorry I don't even know what to say, I know this pain and how har it is to get over. I'll tell you my story, We were together for 5 years a long distance relationship he was undocumented in the states and I only have a Visa so I had to go over there to see him He was everything to me until he started dating another girl and didn't even bother to break up with me before it started. He destroyed me 4 months later he started calling me again begged forgiveness and I let him back in, I was

3 years agoReady to leave everything behind to go be with him and he did it again after he swore he wouldn't and this time he married this girl, we didn't speak for 5 years and he came back now divorced and has been trying to get me back for the last 6 years. And I love him I never stopped even when I was with someone else when I wasn't thinking about him he wss still in my heart, but I can't say yes to Him again even though I want to. We talk almost every day now.

NO ONE should ever be treated the way you have been treated, and I hope you know that you deserve so much better! You ended up comforting me! ๐คญ But yes you're absolutely right although we're friends now I can't forget how badly he hurt me, I'm not same person I was then, I used to be so different and all though I've always been shy, it's worse after that and I even had to go to therapy to deal with the pain, so ye I know I can't go back even if I want to. โค๏ธ

My advice Idk if this will help but feelings never go away thereโs always a spark... some kind of connection! But tbh even if he wanted to be friends. Ummm he could still have feelings for you! As much as I donโt want to stop pursuing this part of the relationship, Ik itโs probably 4 the best, & if something was meant to happen again between us, it will work out. yea Iโm so grateful that Iโm still friends with him๐
