This is happening to lots of people. I have encouraged them to contact support, not that any thing will happen very soon. A couple of people wanted to know how to contact support and I went into detail.

I have contacted them about three times in the last couple of days. Last one I said they should be able to at least send notification to everyone and let us know what to expect.

And from what I'm seeing its so many people that are affected, and recolor hasn't come out and said anything yet ! By now they clearly know there's a problem, they should put out a notification or alert or something, anything.

I am sooo Tired of this BSโ€ฆ. I canโ€™t do nothing!!! Iโ€™ve tried contacting them an left soo many messages an they havenโ€™t returned any of them. They usually get right back to you, but idk whatโ€™s going on with them. I know it annoying,especially when youโ€™re paying for it!!!! ๐Ÿคฌ

I have contacted them twice and no result. Probably have to wait until Monday. So now Iโ€™ll more then likely become nonpaying member and pay for Color Therapy instead or Pigment.
