Now, you have this one publication and it is phenomenal! I hope you do many more pieces to gather more admirers, which you will.
I was on for about a year or so before things took off for me. First, I had no idea about the crayons or shading. I observed and asked questions and slowly began to improve my abilities. Practice was key for sure. You are already leaps and bounds above where I started.

Second: I made effort to comment on people's work and then started to introduce myself and name my pieces. But, I was horrid at individual "Thank Yous" because It was overwhelming. So I began thanking in advance. Next thing I know, I started climbing in followers and comments ... but that wasn't important.
What was important and incredibly therapeutic was the endless dose of positive energy.
Complimenting others and receiving positive comments creates such a beautiful energy that lifts
