If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one from the email login page. Please go to My Works - Settings - Login to Gallery and tap on 'LOG IN'. This will take you to the email login page where you can fill in your email address and password, and there is a link to recover a forgotten password. A password recovery link will be emailed to you.

When you use Facebook or Google login you don’t need a separate password. If you have forgotten your Google or Facebook password associated with the account that you use to sign into Recolor, please use Google or Facebook password recovery function to recover the password.
