You can block another user if they have commented on your pictures. At the right corner of the comment there are three dots - click on these and a menu with options to block the user or delete the comment shows up. Please be sure to block the user before deleting the comment, as you need the comment to be able to access this menu. Once you have blocked the person you can delete the comment.
