Subscription Issues

Here are the most common Subscription issues and how to solve them:

I'm a subscriber but can't access premium content or am asked to subscribe again

You can restore purchases in your Settings. Scroll down to Application and tap Restore Purchases, after this you will be able to access all of the premium content again.

Logged to a different Google/Apple ID account:

Please check that you are logged in to the same account than the subscription was made with.

There was an issue with my payment

Please contact the customer support of your app store - for Apple devices it's Apple App Store and Google devices it's Google Play Store. You can access these on your device in the location where you download your applications.

Subscriptions are sold through your app store and Recolor has no access to your payment details.
