My subscription isn't recognized

If you have a Recolor subscription but are unable to use the subscriber features, here's what to do:

RESTART

Turn off Recolor, make sure it's not running in the background either, and then turn it back on.

RESTORE PURCHASES (iOS)

If that didn't help, go to your Recolor Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Turn the app off and on again after.

CHECK YOUR APP STORE

If that didn't help, go to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store Settings:

  • check that you are logged into your app store using the same account you used when purchasing the subscription
  • check your subscription settings to make sure you have an active Recolor subscription
  • If you don't have an active Recolor subscription but believe you should, please contact your app store customer support
