I just saw your comment on my Walker in the Woods post.
Have you ever looked up the truth behind the Meyers Briggs test? A mother and daughter basically created it at a kitchen table. Neither had any psychological training and there is zero reliability in the test.
It is a pretty fascinating story actually.

Extroverts require external stimulus to re-charge. People who cannot spend time alone or need higher energy/ adrenaline activities are extroverts.
On the MB test ... there are traits by default. It was a brilliant play by the mother/daughter team.
