3 years agoNice work. My Grandmother would stuff them with Breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese and Garlic and a little Olive oil then steam cook them in a big pot. Italian cooking, yum!!!

3 years ago@The Real Fish 🇺🇸 🇮🇹 My mom did the same (minus parmesan), but would serve them with the bernaise. My stepfather was about 1000% Italian ... so I know what you mean about Italian cooking! He made all our bread, sausages and we would at times spend entire days making pasta. Hours rolling out pasta which would be gone in one meal .. lol.
