2 years agoHello my beautiful ladyโฆ.itโs not a renovation itโs a brand new custom home! So many details to go through before they can even break ground!! 2 Architects fired the 1st so that put us 7 weeks behind had to find a 2nd and he is the original designer of the house we fell in love with we have all the plans for the well,the septic and power the plan for the house is done just waiting for the last engineer and county to ok!! Itโs supposed to rain here in Ca for the next 7 days expecting more rain in
